This policy describes how the AIOTOR public website handles information submitted through enterprise, pilot, partnership and career-interest forms. It does not describe customer production environments, which are governed by the applicable agreement and deployment terms.
Information we may receive
When you contact AIOTOR, we may receive information such as your name, organization, business email, phone number, country, product or use-case interest, deployment preference and the business outcome you want to evaluate. The site also processes limited technical request information such as request time, network address and browser user-agent for security, abuse prevention and operational troubleshooting. Network addresses are used transiently for controls such as rate limiting and optional local country resolution; they are not written into the aggregate analytics snapshot.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, evaluate potential pilots or partnerships, manage requested communications, protect the website from abuse and maintain an auditable record of business engagement. We maintain first-party server traffic analytics including page counts, approximate unique visits, referrer category, device class, response status, country-level information and a private raw visitor IP access log for public page, form and public API requests for security and operational analysis. Country is resolved locally from the request IP using an on-server geolocation database when available, or from a trusted edge header received only through the loopback proxy path. Raw IP events are accessible only in private Admin, are retained for a configurable period (90 days by default), and can be cleared on demand.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information to advertisers. Information may be shared with service providers or professional advisers only where needed to operate the website, respond to an enquiry or meet legal and security obligations, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Retention
We retain enquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary for the business purpose, contractual relationship, security record or applicable legal requirement. Retention periods may differ for active customers, unsuccessful enquiries and recruitment interest.
Your choices
You can contact AIOTOR to request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted, subject to legal, security and contractual requirements. Website preference choices are described in the Cookie Policy.
